Your complimentary breakfast at A Butler's Manor is a culinary treat which will more than prepare you for a day of enjoying all that the Hamptons have to offer, whether your idea of a perfect day is shopping in our quaint villages, a trip to the beach, or a relaxing float in our swimming pool. Begin with early-bird coffee: Freshly-brewed gourmet coffee and a full assortment of teas are available outside your door each morning so you can enjoy a cup first thing in the morning.
Served on fine china and crystal, Kim's sumptuous breakfasts begin with a fresh fruit course served with homemade bread, muffins, or scones and freshly-squeezed orange juice. A gourmet hot entree follows, which alternates each day between savoury (usually egg-based) and sweet (like French Toast). Examples of some of our breakfast entrees include Banana-Stuffed French Toast...Chicken Sausage Frittata...Zucchini-Cheddar Blintzes...and Manor House Omelette (a real favorite among guests). Each of these (and many more!) are featured in our cookbook.
We make it a point to inquire about food allergies and medical dietary restrictions when taking a reservation, and make every attempt to accommodate what we can when we plan our daily menu. Of course, as an alternative -- or for those who prefer a lighter fare -- a variety of cereals and yogurt is always available.
Mornings on the Patio
Weather permitting, we set the tables on the Rose Garden patio so that you can enjoy breakfast in our spectacular English garden. With birdsong and the soft splash of the fountain as background music and the warmth of the morning sun radiating through the branches of our 150-year old Sycamore Maple tree, breakfast at A Butler's Manor will nurture your body and your spirit.
Our B&B experiences have all paled in comparison to our stay at A Butler's Manor. Kim and Chris are the most kind and gracious hosts!
- Mark & Sheila
Chris and Kim made us feel most welcome in their beautiful house. From the moment Chris picked us up at the station, nothing was too much trouble. They were kind, generous and helpful... a wealth of information about Southampton and its environs which we exploited ruthlessly.
