We are so thrilled to be staying at such a wonderful place! Everything was perfect...this
place is paradise and has a lot of love in it. Our only regret is that we have to leave!
- Megan & Sam, Chicago
My daughter and I had a very special treat by coming here. Kim and Chris really have it
down! They KNOW how to cater to their guests. We enjoyed meeting the other guests
and especially getting to know Kim, Chris and Truffle.
y car: From Manhattan and points west: Take the Long Island Expressway
(Rte. 495) east to Exit 70. Turn right off the expressway onto Captain Daniel
Roe Highway (Rte. 111) and head south 4.5 miles. Make a left at the end of the road
onto Sunrise Highway (Rte. 27) towards Montauk. Continue east on Rte. 27 for
approximately 13 miles. The four-lane highway will narrow as you enter the outskirts
of Southampton town. Continue on this road for approximately 4.5 miles. Look
for an intersection with a 7-11 on the SE corner, a Mobil gas station on the NW corner.
Go through that intersection. One half mile further on, the next intersection
(stoplight) is North Main Street. Turn right. A Butler's Manor is located 2/10 mile
on the left, a large yellow Colonial with green shutters and a white picket fence, and our
little butler holds the mailbox/sign. There is plenty of off-street parking.

Located in the historic district of Southampton Village, A Butler's Manor is easy walking distance from
both our local train station and the two luxury coach depots. If you plan to arrive via one of these
modes of transportation, let us know beforehand your scheduled arrival time, and we will do our best to meet
you at the station.
We recommend the coach services offered by Hampton Jitney or Hamptons Luxury Liner as both offer many
daily trips to and from Manhattan, whereas the train has few daily runs to Southampton. Click on the
links below for schedule information.
